Latikin Limited was established on January 12, 2024, by Lincoln and Winsome Wellington. The company grew out of their personal experience while building their retirement home. As returning residents, they saw firsthand how difficult it can be to find dependable contractors, skilled workers and suppliers committed to honest, professional service.
Rather than simply accepting the problem, they decided to become part of the solution.
Latikin Limited was created to provide returning residents, members of the Jamaican diaspora, local homeowners, businesses, and organizations with access to professional services supported by careful planning, accountability, and trusted relationships. The original vision included vetting contractors, builders, suppliers, and skilled workers while developing a reliable referral network that clients could confidently use.
Today, that commitment to protecting clients’ interests remains central to everything we do.
OUR JOURNEY
Latikin Limited began in a small home office. As the company’s services and client base grew, the business moved into shared office space with Eastern Rent A Car & Transport Limited.
The company has since reached another important milestone by establishing its own professional office at:

THE LATIKIN LEGACY
Latikin Limited is not the first business to carry the Latikin name.
Before returning to Jamaica, Lincoln and Winsome operated Latikin LLC, a United States-based business process outsourcing company that provided services to several well-known Fortune 500 companies for more than 17 years.
After retiring and selling Latikin LLC, they retained the Latikin.com domain with the intention of preserving it as part of their family legacy. However, retirement soon became the beginning of a new chapter.
The leadership behind Latikin Limited brings decades of experience developed through 22 years of United States military service, 18 years of United States Department of Defense contracting, business ownership, corporate client support, project coordination, and professional service delivery.
Those experiences established the discipline, organizational standards, customer-service principles, and sense of responsibility that now guide Latikin Limited.

We do not believe clients should be left uncertain about who is working on their property, how their resources are being used, or whether their project is being properly managed.
