PROJECT OVERVIEW
This project involves converting a former restaurant into a functional and secure main office for a local car rental agency. The existing interior will be gutted and reconfigured to better support customer service, staff operations, and the day-to-day activities of the business.
The redesigned space will include a new flat ceiling and a custom service counter that clearly separates the customer area from the staff workspace while maintaining an open and professional environment.
Security is also an important part of the renovation. A video surveillance system with pan, tilt, and zoom capabilities will be installed to provide active monitoring of people entering and leaving the property, as well as improved visibility of activities taking place in and around the office. The overall objective is to transform the former restaurant into a practical, professional, and security-conscious commercial workspace.
SCOPE OF WORK
Latikin Limited will renovate and reconfigure the existing structure to support its new use as the main office of a local car rental agency.
The scope of work includes:
Gutting and removal of existing interior components as required for the new office layout.
Preparation of the existing structure for its conversion from restaurant use to a commercial office environment.
Installation of a new flat ceiling throughout the designated office areas.
Construction and finishing of a custom service counter separating the customer area from the staff workspace.
Development of clearly defined customer-facing and staff operational areas.
Modification and finishing of interior surfaces as required to support the new layout.
Installation of a video surveillance security system throughout designated areas of the property.
Installation and configuration of PTZ cameras to provide adjustable coverage and active monitoring capabilities.
Positioning of surveillance cameras to monitor entrances, exits, customer movement, and other key areas of the property.
Configuration of the surveillance system to support monitoring for unauthorized, suspicious, or unlawful activity.
Testing and adjustment of camera views, PTZ functionality, and system performance.
Coordination of renovation, electrical, security, and finishing activities required to complete the office conversion.
Final inspection and review of the completed work before project handover.
The completed renovation will provide the car rental agency with a more organized, professional, and secure headquarters designed around both customer service and staff operations.
