PROJECT OVERVIEW
This project involves the remodeling of a 480 sq. ft. storefront into a functional, technology-enabled commercial space designed to support both customer service and daily business operations.
The redesigned layout will include a dedicated Design Center, cashier area, showroom area and restroom, while also incorporating the supporting electrical and network infrastructure required for modern business operations. The technology scope includes a reliable wired and wireless network, support for ten IP surveillance cameras, and connectivity for multiple IoT devices.
The overall objective is to create an efficient, professional, and secure storefront environment that combines practical workspace planning with dependable technology infrastructure and room for future expansion.
SCOPE OF WORK
Latikin Limited will remodel and configure the existing 480 sq. ft. storefront into a functional, customer-focused, and technology-enabled commercial space. The project will combine interior improvements with the electrical, networking, surveillance, and automation infrastructure required to support reliable daily business operations.
The scope of work includes:
Removal and modification of existing interior elements as required to accommodate the redesigned storefront layout.
Construction and configuration of a dedicated Design Center for client consultations, product selection, and project planning.
Development of a designated showroom area for displaying products, equipment, materials, and technology solutions.
Construction and setup of a dedicated cashier and customer service area.
Construction and finishing of a restroom within the available commercial space.
Installation and modification of interior walls, partitions, doors, ceilings, and finishes as required by the approved layout.
Electrical modifications and installation of outlets, lighting, dedicated circuits, and power infrastructure necessary to support the redesigned space and technology systems.
Design and installation of structured network cabling throughout the storefront.
Installation and configuration of reliable wired and Wi-Fi network infrastructure to support business operations, staff, customers, and connected devices.
Installation of network infrastructure capable of supporting up to ten IP surveillance cameras.
Installation, configuration, and integration of IP cameras and associated network video surveillance equipment.
Provision of network connectivity and supporting infrastructure for multiple IoT and smart automation devices.
Configuration of appropriate network segmentation to separate business operations, surveillance equipment, IoT devices, and other network resources where required.
Installation and organization of network equipment, including switching, routing, wireless access points, and associated components.
Testing and optimization of wired network connectivity, Wi-Fi coverage, IP camera communications, and IoT device connectivity.
