Design and development of a commercial car rental website for Eastern Rent A Car & Transport Limited, providing customers with online access to fleet information, rental rates, reservation options, policies, and direct customer support.

Renovation of a former restaurant into the main office of a local car rental agency, including a redesigned customer service area, staff workspace, new flat ceiling, custom service counter, and integrated PTZ video surveillance system.

Construction of a two-story, four-bedroom residential dwelling with integrated plumbing, electrical, networking, and interior finishing, built in accordance with the approved building plans dated 15 January 2022.

Construction of Latikin Retreat, a three-story, two-family residence featuring six bedrooms, 4½ bathrooms, a large observation deck, dedicated solar power generation room, 12' × 8' storage room, water filtration and sanitization facilities, and integrated IT networking infrastructure supporting IoT devices, home automation, surveillance, and early-alert perimeter warning systems.
